Roles & Responsibilities

• Corporate Development Initiatives
• Conduct market, industry and competitive research to identify and evaluate strategic opportunities
• Support the end-to-end Corporate Development lifecycle, including opportunity evaluation, valuation, due diligence across multiple workstreams (legal, financial, commercial, tax and technical), deal structuring, integration and post-transaction PMO
• Develop comprehensive financial models covering DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, scenario analysis and valuation assessments
• Assist in evaluating financing options and strategic capital allocation opportunities
• Assist in the preparation and regular Updation of business plans, financial projections, investor presentations and other investor materials
• Monitor relevant trends, valuation benchmarks and developments across public and private investment markets
• Build and leverage relationships across investor networks, investment banks, private equity funds and other financial institutions to identify strategic opportunities and facilitate potential partnerships
• Prepare board-level and leadership presentations, business plans and other strategic communication materials
• Strategic Initiatives and Finance Transformation
• Support strategic projects and special initiatives driven by Finance leadership
• Assist in driving Finance Transformation initiatives, including process improvements, automation and operational efficiency across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and financial close processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, technology adoption and data-driven decision-making
• Develop business cases, financial analyses and recommendations to support strategic and operational initiatives
  
  

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, M&A Advisory, or related corporate finance roles
• Demonstrated experience in executing at least one successfully completed transaction (mandatory)
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
• CA / CFA preferred but not mandatory; Prior experience in SaaS, technology or high-growth organisations is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in managing or supporting complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Interest in AI, automation and data-driven finance.
