Specialist Executive Manager, Technical Project and Program Management

This position supports the DTTL CoRe USI Operational Excellence Leader (located within DTTL Global) to drive continuous process improvement and deliver Y-o-Y productivity while ensuring ‘best-in-class’ client experience across Service Areas.

The position is for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified professional who is aspiring to work on establishing a culture of continuous improvement, diagnose end-to-end value chains and mentor high impact projects to optimize processes, benchmark key metrics, drive improvements, and implement a robust quality framework to generate value and drive efficiency across service lines.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Executive Manager, Technical Project and Program Management on the Core Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Diagnose processes and sub-processes across service areas to identify opportunities to eliminate redundancies, simplify process flows, standardize activities, digitize work, and reduce variation.
  • Define, benchmark, measure, report, and improve operational metrics including cycle time, resolution time, first pass yield, first touch time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor green belt projects and coach resources on black belt projects to build continuous improvement capability across the organization.
  • Conduct trainings and workshops on Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, total quality management, value stream mapping, failure mode and effects analysis, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
  • Partner with change management, PMO, and service line stakeholders to establish governance, track progress, escalate gaps, and advance the operational excellence roadmap.

The team

Core operations team supports strategic transformation and operational excellence priorities across the organization. The team works closely with business and functional leaders to improve processes, strengthen governance, and enable scalable, data-informed ways of working. This role will help advance a culture of continuous improvement while driving measurable impact across a complex, global operating environment

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • 15+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
  • Experience using process diagnostic tools such as SIPOC, value stream mapping, time motion studies, and fishbone analysis
  • Experience performing data analysis using statistical models and tools
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Minitab

Preferred:

  • Certification in Agile methodology
  • Certification in Design Thinking principles
  • Experience coaching or mentoring continuous improvement projects
  • Experience establishing governance and metric reporting for operational improvement programs
  • Experience working with stakeholders across business and functional teams
  • Experience working in a global operating environment
