Work you'll do

As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Talent Business Insights team, you will be responsible for translating workforce and talent data into insights that support business decisions, talent programs, and operational planning.

• Conduct compensation and market analyses, maintain compensation planning data, and support auditable workforce processes.
• Support employee transfers, conversions, promotions, and retention cases through data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Create reports, analyses, presentations, and storyboards that communicate talent metrics, workforce trends, and performance insights to business leaders.
• Support talent initiatives, automation efforts, and repository management to improve process consistency, data quality, and compliance.
• Serve as a point of contact for talent process questions, maintain workflow documentation, and collaborate with Talent teams and stakeholders on workforce planning needs.

The Talent Business Insights team supports business and Talent leaders by turning people data into insights that inform decisions on compensation, workforce planning, and talent strategy. The team partners across stakeholders to improve process execution, maintain data quality, and support talent programs and business priorities. Qualifications

Required:

• Master of Business Administration or master’s degree in Human Resources
• 1-3 years of experience in talent analytics, human resources operations, compensation analysis, workforce reporting, or talent management
• Experience creating reports, presentations, or dashboards using workforce or people data
• Experience supporting talent processes such as compensation planning, performance management, employee movement, or workforce planning
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience researching external talent management, retention, or operating model practices and summarizing findings for stakeholders
• Experience drafting or coordinating talent communications for business stakeholders
• Experience establishing communication calendars or communication cadences with business or functional teams
• Experience using ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar human resources workflow systems
• Experience analyzing compensation, performance management, or engagement survey data and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Experience supporting talent transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives
