2 × Solution Architect (SA) – Senior

Experience Range

6 to 12 years (Telecom domain)

6–8 years → Solution Integrator (execution-focused)

9–12 years → Solution Architect (design + customer-facing)

Role Overview

We are hiring professionals in the 5G Packet Core domain for roles spanning solution design, integration, deployment, and operational support.

Solution Integrator (SI): Focus on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting

Solution Architect (SA): Focus on solution design (HLD/LLD), customer engagement, and technical leadership

Both roles will also support operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization as part of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

For Solution Integrator (SI)

Installation, integration, and configuration of Packet Core nodes

Deploy 4G/5G Packet Core (EPC & 5G SA) in cloud environments

Perform upgrades (ISSU), provisioning, and troubleshooting

Support operations: monitoring, issue resolution, and maintenance

Work with cross-functional teams for delivery and support

For Solution Architect (SA)

Design HLD / LLD for 5G NSA/SA Packet Core solutions

Engage with customers and proposal teams for solutioning

Provide technical leadership during deployment and integration

Drive best practices, optimization, and architecture decisions

Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)

Core Telecom Skills

Strong experience in Packet Core (4G/5G)

Hands-on Expertise In At Least One Of The Following

AMF / SMF / UPF / PCF

MME / SGW / PGW / EPG / PCRF

5G & Networking

Good Understanding Of

5G SA / NSA architecture

4G/5G call flows

Knowledge Of Telecom Concepts

VoLTE, VoNR, EPS fallback, handover

Cloud & Virtualization

Experience With At Least One

Kubernetes / OpenShift / NFVI / RHOSP

Understanding of CNF (Cloud Native Functions) deployment

Troubleshooting & Tools

Experience In Troubleshooting Using

Wireshark / network tracing tools

Understanding Of Protocols

SCTP, HTTP, IP networking

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience With

NRF, SCP, UDM integration

Calico, Multus, SR-IOV

Exposure To Orchestration Tools

ECM, EVNFM, SDI, ATLAS

Knowledge of automation/scripting

Experience with performance and capacity analysis tools
