Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) for scalable and reusable solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with CRM systems and contact center tools (e.g., Genesys, NICE, or similar) using APIs and open channels.
Implement AI-driven features such as intent recognition, conversational flows, and personalization within Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, CRM, and contact center platforms.
Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for deployed solutions.
