Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience for our Hyderabad team. This role focuses on building high-performance applications using React and a robust Python backend. A core part of this role involves complex data operations within MongoDB and leveraging PySpark for scalable data processing. The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid environment and is comfortable handling both real-time UI interactions and heavy backend data logic.

Key Responsibilities

* Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python.
* Data Engineering & Operations: Design and optimize MongoDB collections, including complex aggregation pipelines and performance tuning.
* Large-Scale Processing: Use PySpark to handle data transformations and large-scale data operations efficiently.
* Backend Engineering: Develop asynchronous server-side logic in Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and implement PySpark jobs for data-heavy tasks.
* Frontend Architecture: Build responsive UIs in React, focusing on browser events, Web Workers for background processing, and WebSockets for real-time data.
* Lifecycle Ownership: Take ownership of the full SDLC—from requirement gathering and design to testing and deployment in an Agile environment.

Technical Requirements

Backend & Data (Python, MongoDB, PySpark):
* Python Proficiency: 3-5 years of experience with Python 3.x, focusing on asyncio and API development.
* PySpark: Hands-on experience using PySpark for data processing, transformation, and management.
* MongoDB Mastery: Strong expertise in MongoDB data operations, schema design, and query optimization.
* Data Patterns: Solid understanding of handling real-time data streaming and distributed data processing.

Frontend (React):
* React JS: 3-5 years of experience with React and JavaScript (ES6+).
* Browser Internals: Solid understanding of event handling (bubbling, capturing, delegation).
* Performance: Hands-on experience with Web Workers for background processing and state management (Redux/Context API).
* Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack or Vite and Git.
