Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java to lead the design, development, and optimization of high-quality, scalable applications. He will work closely with architects, product managers, and other engineers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of complex features using Java
* Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
* Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
* Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategies.

Required Skills
* 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
* Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+) and Python.
* Strong grasp of OOPS, design patterns, and best practices.
* Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have
* Experience with RPA
* Exposure to data engineering or machine learning pipelines.
