Software Engineer Senior

As a Senior Software Engineer in the India team, you will be a key technical contributor building new features for Infor MES and developing integrations with Infor ERP applications such as M3, LN, and Syteline. You will work collaboratively to design, develop, test, and deliver scalable and reliable software components that meet business needs and integrate seamlessly across the Infor product ecosystem.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Design, develop, and maintain software features for Infor MES and integrations with M3, LN, and Syteline.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to clarify requirements and technical design.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation for features and integration points.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and software development methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist in knowledge sharing.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming skills in .NET (Core/Framework) or Java
• Strong programming skills in front end web technologies, such as React.
• Experience with building and integrating enterprise software components.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, web services, and middleware integration.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modelling.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Infor products like M3, LN, Syteline, or MES.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Software
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS product development.
• Experience of developing modern enterprise web applications
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
