As a Radar and Phased Array Systems Engineer, you will be crucial in creating advanced, state-of-the-art, and easy-to-use interactive software tools for use with MATLAB and Simulink. These tools will model and simulate Phased Array Systems, particularly focusing on array geometries and directivity patterns.

• Join a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to advancing radar technology. Contributions will directly impact the development of reliable phased array systems for automotive & defense radar, and telecommunications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of engineers specializing in beamforming and phased array signal processing.
• Design, develop, and implement interactive software solutions enabling phased array antenna modelling and analysis.
• Prepare and present clear, concise design solutions to cross-functional, technical teams.
• Write well-structured, performant, and thoroughly tested code.
  
  

• Demonstrated experience with phased array systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with scientific data visualization and analysis.
• Experience in aerospace/wireless/defense industry.
  
  

• A bachelors degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a masters degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
• Proficiency with MATLAB
• Demonstrated experience in/with radar
