Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Python Developer who can work on developing automation frameworks and Gen AI aided tools to enhance productivity of our Engineers. This role will involve working on cutting-edge internal tools and R&D initiatives leveraging modern advancements including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain TAF (Test Automation Framework) which is in Django, Ninja, React-JS
• Develop, integrate and maintain LLM-based applications and tools using Python
• Work on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API-based integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face)
• Contribute to the development of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Assist in preparing datasets and pipelines for training and inference
• Prototype AI-powered features, assistants, or copilots for internal use cases
• Collaborate closely with team members in iterative development and research-driven experimentation
  
  
  

Essential Skills & Qualifications: Must have skills

• Working experience of 1-3 years
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience in Python, Django, Ninja, GenAI-APIs, LLMS, prompt-engineering
• Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging technologies and put them into action
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
  
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Familiarity with libraries/frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Experience with GenAI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic)
• Exposure to MCP
• Personal or academic projects involving LLMs or generative models
• Participation in AI/ML hackathons or competitions
• Active GitHub portfolio or contributions to open-source AI projects
