Your Teams Impact

Buy Side Engineering is responsible for FactSet’s industry leading Portfolio, Risk, Quantitative, and Fixed Income products. These products are used by thousands of Asset Managers around the world every day to assist with investment decisions, analysis of performance, risk management, and the presentation of results. Analytical Product Engineering’s product space represents a high growth opportunity for FactSet.

What Were Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer with 3-5 years of expertise in Vue.js, Node.js and preferably .net to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications

What Were Looking For:-

• Develop high quality and easily maintainable code.
• Collaborate with other engineers, product team and work as part of a geographically diverse team
• Follow best practices such as code reviews, testing, documentation, and version control.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications and systems.
  
  

What Youll Do:-

• B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience working professionally as a Software Developer building web application
• Professional Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience using Vue.js, Node.js and preferably .net to join our dynamic team
• Deeply understand complex systems and have an aptitude to learn.

• Experience in responsive web design and building responsive web sites
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications
• Strong technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to articulate and quickly adopt development best practices
• Proficiency with Object Oriented design principles and working knowledge of Linux OS
