Overview
The Windows Servicing and Delivery (WSD) organization is on a mission to keep customers protected and productive by delivering seamless and timely Windows updates across all supported versions. Within WSD, the Release Automation and Monitoring (RAM) team plays a critical role in ensuring release readiness, validation gating, and reliability signals across the servicing pipeline—directly influencing product quality and on-time delivery.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced UX-focused Software Engineer to join the RAM team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences that power the tools and dashboards used by engineering and leadership teams to make data-driven release decisions. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate across disciplines to streamline our risk management and release readiness workflows.
