We are looking for a Software Development Engineer (Full-Stack) who is self-driven, client-focused, and eager to grow. This role provides hands-on exposure across the entire development lifecycle—from concept to deployment—while working closely with senior engineers, product teams, and international clients.

This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy listening to client needs, translating them into technical solutions, and continuously improving through learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.

Collaboration & Client Support

Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Actively listen to client requirements, ask clarifying questions, and translate business needs into technical implementations.

Code Quality & Problem Solving

Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following industry best practices.

Debug, optimize, and enhance applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.

System Design & Deployment

Contribute to architecture discussions and scalable system design decisions.

Support CI/CD pipeline setup and assist with deployments on cloud environments.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Maintain clear technical documentation for long-term maintainability.

Leverage AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, debugging, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

Frontend: Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Backend: Strong working knowledge of Node.js, Express, Django, or ASP.NET.

Databases: Proficiency with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and basic understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).

Version Control: Experience using Git and collaborative Git-based workflows.

APIs: Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.

Agile: Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.

Cloud: Basic familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to coding challenges.

Communication: Good communication, listening, and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.

Exposure to microservices and API-first design.

Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).

Interest or basic knowledge in AI/ML or mobile app development (Flutter, React Native).

Understanding of security best practices in web applications.
