Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement AI-powered features that elevate user experience and product capabilities.
• Evaluate existing product modules to find areas where ML/AI can deliver tangible value.
• Prototype, validate, and lead the implementation of AI/ML solutions end-to-end — from data pipeline to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to understand product goals and user workflows.
• Translate AI concepts into product features that are reliable, scalable, and easy to use.
• Mentor team members in AI concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  
  

Education / Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Data Science, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• (Preferred) MS or PhD in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Vision, or related specialization.
• 15+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML roles.
• Strong experience in deep learning, computer vision, preferably applied to engineering or geospatial domains.
• Expertise in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, scikit-learn).
• Proven ability to convert POCs into production-grade solutions
• Experience building and deploying models with on-prem or cloud-based GPU compute (e.g., AWS EC2 with GPU).
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  
  

Good to Have

• Familiarity with CAD, GIS, photogrammetry, or point cloud data.
• Experience with AI model optimization for desktop or edge devices.
• Prior involvement in AI initiatives in engineering, construction tech, or geospatial analytics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define technical direction for AI in a product.
