Summary

Degefy Marketing Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated individual for a three-month internship based in Begumpet, Secunderabad, to manage Instagram strategies for a portfolio of clients, primarily within the medical sector. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving business growth through social media, focusing on building trust, increasing visibility, and generating leads. The role is designed for candidates who possess a deep understanding of Instagram dynamics, including viral trends, engagement tactics, and content creation, and who are eager to apply these skills in a professional environment to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

Create and publish a mix of Reels and static posts across various client accounts.
Oversee direct messaging and foster active community engagement.
Develop and schedule daily Stories to maintain audience interest.
Utilize Canva to perform rapid graphic design and editing tasks.
Leverage AI tools and ChatGPT to brainstorm compelling captions and attention-grabbing hooks.

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency with Instagram features and algorithms beyond casual usage.
Ability to consistently monitor and adapt to emerging trends and platform updates.
Strong instinct for creating content that captures audience attention immediately.
Capacity to think quickly and execute tasks with speed and efficiency.
High level of self-discipline and a serious commitment to professional development.
Fluency in both English and Telugu, with Hindi language skills considered an advantage.
Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad are preferred.

Work Schedule and Logistics

Location: Office-based in Begumpet, Secunderabad.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Remote Work: Alternate Saturdays are designated for work from home.
Duration: Three-month contract.
Compensation: Monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.

Growth Path

This internship is structured as a pathway to long-term employment. Individuals who demonstrate ownership, discipline, rapid execution, and a growth mindset may be considered for a full-time Social Media Executive position within six months of starting the role.
