The Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and multi-faceted Social Media & Omnichannel Marketing Executive to join our growth marketing team in Hyderabad.
In this role, you wont just manage a single social page—you will own our brand’s digital footprint across organic social, paid advertising, and direct engagement channels like Email and WhatsApp. You will design, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns aimed at capturing the attention of B2B retail business owners and C-level executives in both India and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing (Organic & Paid Ads):
Organic Strategy: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Instagram that establishes Zithara.ai as a thought leader in Martech and AI.
Paid Campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager to generate high-quality demo requests and inbound leads.
A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, and audience segments (specifically targeting the Retail/E-commerce landscape in IN and AU) to maximize ROAS and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Email Campaigns: Build, segment, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for inbound nurture tracks, cold outbound sequences, and monthly product newsletters.
WhatsApp Marketing: Design and deploy conversational WhatsApp marketing workflows for event promotions (like trade shows), webinars, and direct lead re-engagement.
Analytics Tracking: Monitor key messaging metrics including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), spam scores, and conversion rates to iterate on copy and targeting.
Content Creation & Event Support:
Copywriting: Write compelling, persuasive copy for ad creatives, email subject lines, WhatsApp broadcasts, and long-form social posts.
Collateral Coordination: Collaborate with graphic designers or utilize tools like Canva to produce crisp, thumb-stopping visual assets and video shorts.
Event Amplification: Create buzz around major industry events and exhibitions (e.g., pre-booking campaigns for retail trade shows) to drive foot traffic and booth appointments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years of proven marketing experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Martech company.
Paid Ads Mastery: Hands-on experience managing and scaling budgets on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Tool Proficiency: Experience using modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Intercom, or native WhatsApp API setups). High proficiency with Canva or basic video editing apps is a major plus.
Exceptional Communication: Stellar written and verbal English communication skills. You must be able to write sharp, professional copy that resonates with business leaders.
Data-Driven Mindset: You dont just post content; you actively track impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue metrics to justify marketing spend.
Location & Shift Awareness: Based in Hyderabad. Willingness to occasionally align campaign scheduling and optimization tracking to match Australian business hours.
