Job Description

Technology->DevOps->Site Reliability Engineering(SRE)

Monitor application and infrastructure health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic. Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA). Improve system reliability, availability, and performance. Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell Scripting, Go, PowerShell. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps. Support cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Define and monitor SLI, SLO, and SLA metrics. Perform capacity planning and performance tuning. Ensure system security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance. Develop self-healing and auto-remediation solutions. Collaborate with development teams to improve application stability.
