Job Title : SharePoint Architect

Location: Hyderabad

OSI Digital is looking for a SharePoint Architect with 10+ years of experience (5+ in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and Microsoft 365 architecture) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise SharePoint, SPFx, and Power Platform solutions for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for intranets, portals, DMS, and workflow solutions on SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises
• Lead SPFx solution design and enforce coding standards; architect Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
• Design integrations with Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and third-party systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS)
• Conduct design and code reviews; set up CI/CD and ALM practices using Azure DevOps / GitHub
• Lead migrations from SharePoint On-Premises or file shares to SharePoint Online, including hybrid setups
• Support pre-sales (solution proposals, estimations, demos, POCs) and engage client stakeholders on technical decisions
• Mentor developers and operate in an agile environment
  
  

• 10+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in SharePoint architecture
• Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises (2016/2019/Subscription Edition), and Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID)
• Strong SPFx experience (React, TypeScript, PnPjs, Node.js)
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and PnP provisioning
• Good knowledge of permissions, sensitivity labels, DLP, and retention
• Experience with migration tools (SPMT, ShareGate) and Azure DevOps / Git
• Strong documentation skills (HLD, LLD) and excellent client-facing communication
• Microsoft certifications (MS-102, PL-600, AZ-204) and experience with GCC / Middle East clients will be an added advantage
• Exposure to Power BI, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and SharePoint Premium / Copilot will be an added advantage.
