Knowledge of payroll processing, employee data validation, and management reporting. Typing speed of 30–40 WPM with the ability to achieve 4,000 keystrokes per hour and maintain an error rate of 5% or less. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with employees, teams, and stakeholders.
