Advanced system administration
Experience with database design schemas and data modeling

Key Responsibilities

Designs, develops, configures, and customizes (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services
Delivers new functionality across applications
Supports the entire development lifecycle
Assists the platform administrator with incident resolution
The ServiceNow Application Developer has a software development background that will be enhanced by ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application Creation in ServiceNow
