Overview

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong ITSM experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather and refine requirements, translate business needs into

functional specifications, and support the delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to understand requirements and document user stories.

Analyse current ITSM processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Develop functional specifications and ensure alignment with platform capabilities.

Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities within ServiceNow.

Facilitate process workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.

Maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and configuration details.

Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to deliver quality enhancements.

Ensure adherence to governance, best practices, and release management processes.

Required Skills And Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.

Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

Solid knowledge of platform capabilities, data structures, and workflows.

Experience supporting testing cycles including SIT and UAT.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in an Agile delivery model.
