Services Support Associate I- Market Research- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

At Deloitte, we are embarking on a transformative Journey and facilitating data onboardings onto our core data platforms. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Analyst who has a deep understanding of data principles with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary market research using approved sources.
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer data.
• Validate data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and relevancy.
• Identify discrepancies, research root causes, and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain research databases, trackers, and documentation.
• Support preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards.
• Document data sources, assumptions, methodologies, and validation results.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and project teams to meet deadlines.
• Follow established quality control, confidentiality, and data-governance procedures.
  
  

The team

Global Data Management supports strategic data onboarding and data quality efforts across core enterprise platforms. The team works closely with business, technology, and project stakeholders to validate data, resolve quality issues, and help improve the accuracy, consistency, and usability of data used across the organization.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree-: B.Com, B.Sc.,
• 0-1 years experience in performing secondary research and analysis, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Well versed with data searches using online databases, Annual reports, and client website and third-party databases
• Good attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work.
• Clear and concise communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to convey information crisply and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
