• As a Senior User Experience (UX) designer, you help define and drive the future of Pega Product Design.
• In this role, you will apply your passion for user experience to guide design processes and collaborate with product and engineering partners to create innovative experiences.
• Our ideal candidate has uncanny sense for clean design, is a fierce advocate for the user, and is committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows. You also take the time to understand not just the execution side of the design, but also business aspects of the product as well.
• Collaborate with other designers to standardize and scale solutions across the platform, enhancing usability and functionality.
• Coordinate with global team to align design initiatives, ensuring consistency and integration across multiple projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and design trends.
  
  

• You are a results-focused, persuasive, and meticulous designer obsessed about driving outstanding user experiences.
• Able to effectively communicate design choices and champion user needs at every level of the organization.

• 4-6 years of work experience in UX design, interaction design, or visual design.
• Solid understanding of design principles and a Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating user needs into great product experiences.
• Experience designing with a design system and creating reusable components.
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or similar.
• Experience working in Agile development environment
