Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Integration Engineer I to join our Implementation team. In this

role, you will enable smooth, scalable integrations of Phenom products into customer

environments and act as a key technical partner throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Implementation team to understand client requirements and

design integration solutions

• - Develop and maintain integration scripts and tools to facilitate smooth integration of

our products with client systems

• - Troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues that may arise during the

implementation process

• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and

Engineering, to ensure seamless integration of new product features

• - Provide technical support to clients during the integration process and post-

implementation

• - Document integration processes and provide training to clients on how to use

our integration tools

• - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integration to continuously

improve our processes and tools.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or

equivalent experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software integration, preferably in a customer-facing role

• - Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques

• - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java,

• - Need to have mongo DB knowledge.

• - Experience with integration tools such Apache Nifi,MuleSoft.

• - React Js, Java Script, HTML, CSS.

• - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
