Youll work with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to design and build user experiences that transform how people navigate their careers, in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning. Your expertise in modern front-end and back-end development will directly shape products used by talent acquisition teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end services and REST APIs using modern programming languages (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python/Java)
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., natural language processing, large language models) into production applications
• Architect solutions for complex technical challenges, making decisions that balance functionality, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate AI models into user-facing features and with product managers to define requirements
• Write comprehensive automated tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
• Drive improvements in engineering practices, development workflows, and system architecture
• Mentor software engineers and provide technical leadership on projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for front-end development
• Experience building REST API services with Node.js
• Proficiency with test automation, unit testing, and continuous integration practices
• Experience with modern SPA architectures and cloud-based deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring engineers, leading technical projects, or driving architectural decisions
