We are hiring dedicated Senior Software Engineers to join our GPU Fabric Networking group. This group builds and sustains system software that promotes swift communication among GPUs, fueling next-generation AI, deep learning, and high-performance computing platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build, roll out, and uphold system software that allows for efficient communication between GPUs.
Participate in the architecture and build of next-generation communication hardware and software that support large-scale computing platforms.
Drive platform bring-up, feature enablement, end-to-end software validation, and debugging for next-generation NVLink-based GPU and rack-scale systems.
Triage and resolve complex software, firmware, networking, and platform issues across validation, deployment, and production environments.
Contribute to software quality, performance optimization, reliability, and scalability across the GPU networking software stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand business and technical requirements and deliver software solutions that meet those needs.
What We Need To See
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience, or Master's degree or comparable experience, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Excellent C/C++ programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with shell scripting; experience with Python and Perl is a plus.
Experience developing software that collaborates with device drivers and exposes hardware functionality.
Solid grasp of computer architecture, operating systems, Linux kernel internals, and systems programming.
Solid Linux development background and the capability to operate efficiently across multiple platforms, including Linux and Windows.
Experience developing multi-core, multi-process, and multi-threaded applications.
Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA/RoCE, routing, switching, and fabric performance analysis.
Experience with operating system virtualization technologies such as KVM, QEMU, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional, and distributed teams.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Experience with NVIDIA GPU systems, NVLink, NVSwitch, CUDA, and large-scale AI/HPC clusters such as NVIDIA GB200 NVL72.
Solid knowledge of large-scale AI system architecture, encompassing PCIe, memory hierarchy, DMA, high-speed interconnects, and distributed training and inference.
Experience with server management technologies, data center operations, cluster provisioning, scaling, and fleet monitoring.
Familiarity with software quality assurance techniques, including static and dynamic code analysis, fuzz testing, negative testing, and performance validation.
Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and modern developer efficiency solutions.
