Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDET with 10+ years of experience to lead transformative test automation initiatives. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and maintainability across our enterprise-grade applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices, mentor engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy & Implementation:
• Select and deploy optimal test automation frameworks, tools, and technologies (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Pytest).
• Design reusable automation components and libraries to enhance test suite efficiency.
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead end-to-end automation projects, partnering with engineering managers to prioritize and execute initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging tools and methodologies (e.g., AI/ML in testing).
• Quality Advocacy:
• Promote best practices in testing, CI/CD, and DevOps (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker/Kubernetes).
• Ensure robust testing of frontend (Vue.js), APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) with a focus on quality deliverables.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 10+ years in SDET/automation roles with expertise in C# (Python/Go/Bash a plus).
• Strong background in JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, Cypress, Playwright).
• Hands-on experience with API testing (Pytest), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
• Proficiency in GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter) and APM tools (Grafana, Datadog).
• Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Agile mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.

• DevOps/Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience.
• Knowledge of mock services, contract testing, and service virtualization.
