The opportunity

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Data Fusion team. This is your chance to work on state-of-the-art, fault-tolerant, high-performance computing solutions for the aviation industry, collaborating with talented colleagues in an agile environment.

What you’ll do

• Develop professional software on a modern technology stack for aviation’s most demanding applications.
• Implement, test, document, and integrate new features within a collaborative agile team.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development colleagues to define and refine features.
• Demonstrate and document software-level designs, develop test procedures, and participate in internal reviews.
• Coach and foster knowledge transfer within the team, supporting continuous learning and improvement.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A degree or higher technical qualification in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, algorithm development, system modeling, or engineering roles involving technical problem-solving.
• Strong interest and knowledge in relevant mathematical principles (e.g., Kalman filter, state-transition matrix).
• Ability to conduct research, learn new topics, and apply knowledge to practical challenges.
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Experience working with GIT and Azure frameworks.
• Exposure to different programming paradigms (functional, object-oriented); programming in Scala, Java, or Python is a plus.
• Fluent in English (working language).
