Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer to join our Global IT Service Delivery team within a large-scale, enterprise environment of over 6,000 employees. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint Online solutions within a Microsoft 365 multi-geo tenant. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective, scalable SharePoint solutions, with a strong emphasis on Power Automate and associated Microsoft 365 tools.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SharePoint Online solutions that meet business needs.
Resolve 1st and 2nd Tier end-user incidents and content manager requests.
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and custom solutions using out-of-the-box features and modern SharePoint development practices.
Create and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to enhance automation and improve business processes.
Act as a subject matter expert for SharePoint Online within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Provide support and technical guidance for SharePoint-related issues and user queries.
Provide assistance and support in drafting and updating documentation and instructional materials.
Work autonomously to manage workload, set priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Contribute to the development and implementation of governance, standards, and best practices across the SharePoint environment.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure performance, security, and compliance of SharePoint solutions in a multi-geo tenant environment.
Required Skills And Experience
At least 5 years experience as a SharePoint Developer, particularly with SharePoint Online (O365) in a large enterprise environment.
Experience configuring SharePoint solutions including form libraries, lists, workflows, team sites, content management sites, user permissions, enterprise search, security, and reporting services.
Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other components of the Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, JSON, and Microsoft Graph API (preferred).
Experience working in a multi-geo tenant Microsoft 365 environment is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-starting approach.
Ability to manage small-to-medium sized initiatives from ideation to fruition.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and with changing priorities
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, with tight time constraints and high stress situations
Superior attention to detail with highly effective organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related technologies.
Strong Project management ability
Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations and broader O365 collaboration tools.
