About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA professional to own quality assurance across digital projects and support the QA team in delivering high-quality digital solutions. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for defining QA standards, guiding team members, and ensuring consistent quality across all deliverables. The role works closely with cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure robust, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive quality assurance across multiple digital projects.
• Mentor and guide QA team members on testing approaches, best practices, and standards.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes for manual and automated testing.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Execute and oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, and usability testing.
• Identify quality risks early and work closely with project and development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Review test results, manage defect tracking, and provide clear quality reports to stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends in QA automation, CMS testing, and digital experience quality assurance.
  
  
  

Requirements And Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with exposure to mentoring or guiding QA team members.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and defect tracking tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, JIRA).
• Hands-on experience with front-end, back-end, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team quality goals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments is preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), CMS testing, content authoring workflows, front-end validation, SEO, and accessibility testing is an added advantage.
