Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and governance routines; drive timely decision-making and escalation management.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure consistent Scrum practices across teams.
  • Apply SAFe principles to coordinate delivery across teams, manage Program/PI-level planning support, and align execution to shared objectives.
  • Partner with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to translate goals into actionable delivery plans and prioritized backlogs.
  • Track delivery health using metrics (velocity, burn-down/burn-up, throughput, predictability) and drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Manage stakeholder communication with clear status reporting, risk forecasting, and outcome-focused updates for leadership.
  • Coach teams on Agile mindset, support conflict resolution, and remove impediments to maintain delivery momentum. Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.Tech or equivalent bachelor’s degree.
  • 8–12 years of overall experience with strong hands-on ownership of Project Management responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery and Scrum Master practices, including facilitating ceremonies and enabling team execution.
  • Experience applying SAFe concepts to support scaled delivery coordination and alignment across teams.
  • Excellent communication, planning, prioritization, and risk management skills. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success delivering large, multi-team initiatives using Agile at scale, with measurable improvements in predictability and throughput.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and governance for portfolio/program-level visibility.
  • Experience with dependency management across teams, release planning, and coordinating integrated delivery milestones.
  • Ability to coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and effective ways of working.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and driving alignment across business and technology functions
