We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and drive the strategy for Windows-native integrations within Microsoft 365 Copilot. This role will shape how Copilot seamlessly integrates with Windows desktop experiences, delivering productivity and delight for millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Own End-to-End Strategy: Define product vision and roadmap for Windows integrations that enhance Copilot’s value across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Integration Excellence: Deliver deep, intuitive integrations with Windows features (e.g., File Explorer, Taskbar, Notifications, Search, Widgets) to create a cohesive experience.
  • Performance & Reliability: Ensure integrations are fast, secure, and optimized for Windows-native environments, leveraging OS capabilities and APIs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and platform teams to build scalable, robust solutions aligned with Windows architecture.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use telemetry, analytics, and customer feedback to prioritize features and iterate rapidly.
  • Leadership Impact: Mentor senior PMs, influence org-wide integration strategy, and represent the team in executive reviews.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including Windows-native desktop applications.
  • Proven track record of defining product vision and delivering complex integrations at scale.
  • Solid analytical and experimentation skills; experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent collaboration with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders.
