Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Azure Specialized workloads team, focused on building AI & agent-first platform solutions for SAP, Oracle, and Azure VMware Solution (AVS) workloads, is transforming enterprise cloud adoption. These platforms are critical to modernizing mission-critical applications, data, and infrastructure offering unmatched scalability and integration across the Microsoft ecosystem including M365, Fabric, AI Foundry, and more.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving product innovation and launching cutting-edge, industry-first agentic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Ownership: Drive product strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business goals, customer needs, and long-term vision.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct and synthesize market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities that shape product direction.
• Data-Driven Execution: Own key product metrics, analyze performance data, and drive initiatives that optimize product outcomes and customer success.
• Customer-Centric Prioritization: Champion customer insights by ensuring feedback is systematically captured, prioritized, and reflected in roadmap and feature decisions.
• Strategic Stakeholder Leadership: Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, communicate progress, and maintain alignment across the product lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
• This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience.
