Senior Product Designer

Zuddl is a modular platform for events and webinars that helps event marketers plan and execute events that drive growth. Event teams from global organizations like Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, Zylo, Postman, TransPerfect and the United Nations trust Zuddl. Our modular approach to event management lets B2B marketers and conferences organizers decide which components they need to build the perfect event and scale their event program. Zuddl is an outcome-oriented platform with a focus on flexibility, and is more partner, less vendor.

Zuddl being a part Y-Combinator 2020 batch has raised $13.35 million in Series A funding led by Alpha Wave Incubation and Qualcomm Ventures with participation from our existing investors GrowX ventures and Waveform Ventures.

What You Will Do

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy and ship high-quality outcomes with minimal oversight
• Own the end-to-end design process: problem framing, jobs-to-be-done, journey mapping, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and user testing
• Design complex experiences across web and mobile, covering both customer-facing event experiences and organizer/admin workflows
• Independently manage multiple workstreams in parallel, prioritising effectively without hand-holding
• Contribute to and help evolve the Design System, maintaining consistency while pushing quality and scalability
• Participate in critiques and uphold a consistently high design bar across all deliverables
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strong written and verbal communication, including articulating design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders
• Actively use AI tools in the design workflow to iterate rapidly—from exploration and ideation to prototyping, copy refinement, and design system acceleration
  
  

• 5-6 years of overall product design experience, with at least 2 years in B2B products
• Strong mobile design experience (iOS/Android patterns, responsive behaviour, constraints) in addition to desktop/web
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered product experiences and the ability to translate product understanding into effective workflow designs
• Proven ability to own problems end-to-end and drive execution independently in fast-moving environments
• Strong research and synthesis skills grounded in empathy and critical thinking
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail, brand alignment, and system thinking
• Copywriting and UX writing skills are a strong plus—ability to craft clear, concise, and purposeful product copy
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task across multiple features or initiatives without compromising quality
• Portfolio showing recent, real product work—preferably live products or interactive prototypes rather than static comps
