The Data is delivered via various technologies and formats that meet the needs of our clients’ workflows. By enabling our clients to utilize their preferred choice of industry-standard databases, programming languages, and data visualization tools, we empower them to focus on the core competencies needed to drive their business. Data Solutions continues to contribute double-digit year-over-year growth to FactSet through our off-platform engagements with our clients. Our solutions portfolio includes Standard DataFeeds, Data Exploration, Content API’s, Views, Cornerstone, Exchange DataFeeds, Benchmark Feeds, the Open:FactSet Marketplace, and other non-workstation initiatives.

Role

You will oversee and ensure compliance for FactSet’s Real-Time Data Solutions (including real-time DataFeeds and APIs) across client ordering and pre-sales activities. With coverage spanning the entire Real-Time Data Solutions business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of data licensing, entitlement management, and commercial models for real-time data consumption. Your focus will be on streamlining the client onboarding process, managing entitlements and permissions for real-time data products, and ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory frameworks—operating at the intersection of product operations, commercial reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review new and existing client contract agreements for real-time data products, ensuring compliance with relevant pricing models, product entitlement strategies, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to confirm the appropriate entitlements and live data permissions are set up for clients according to product packaging and contract terms.
• Monitor client real-time data consumption, using live dashboards to identify unusual patterns or unauthorized access, and quickly coordinate remediation with operations and compliance teams.
• Partner with pre-sales teams during the client evaluation and onboarding processes, helping determine optimal product configurations and licensing scopes for real-time data delivery based on business needs.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance real-time data tracking tools and reporting, supporting better visibility of client usage, contract compliance, and entitlement management.
• Assist with complex real-time data order fulfillment, ensuring clients are set up quickly and accurately with the necessary market data connectivity and legal approvals.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of product activations, contract reviews, client entitlements, and compliance checks for audit and record-keeping purposes.
• Support internal market and competitive analysis using FactSet tools to identify trends and opportunities for improving the real-time product portfolio or sales process.
• Contribute ideas and best practices on process improvements specifically for the ordering, delivery, and compliance of real-time data products.
• Track and report KPIs including time-to-activation, contract compliance rate, client onboarding cycle time, and anomaly detection rate.
• Act as an escalation point for resolving real-time entitlement issues or questions raised by sales, operations, or clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in finance, accounting or the equivalent strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
• A solid understanding of financial markets, Real-time market data, one or more FactSet content areas. (preferred)
• Experience in creating metrics, attributes, charts, filters, sets and grouping,.
• Should have knowledge on PowerBI and SQL querying. (preferred)
• Understanding of technology mediums such as feeds and APIs (preferred)
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
