You will be joining the Finance Transformation Deliver Centre, which is a global deliver centre for Finance Transformation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Cutover Lead-
- Own the end-to-end cutover strategy and plan for the finance workstream — task identification, sequencing, dependencies, timelines, ownership and rollback/contingency planning
- Plan and lead mock cutovers and dress rehearsals, capturing learnings and refining timings and the runbook for the final go-live
- Lead and run the cutover command centre / control room during go-live — real-time tracking, checkpoint management, go/no-go inputs and escalation handling
- Coordinate across functional, technical, data migration, infrastructure, testing and business teams, plus third-party vendors, to lock cutover sequencing and resolve conflicts
- Maintain the master cutover runbook as a single source of truth and govern version control and signoffs
- Manage cutover risks, issues and dependencies with clear mitigation and decision logs
- Provide leadership and stakeholder reporting on cutover readiness and live execution status
- Ensure a clean handover into hypercare and BAU, including outstanding items and known risks
- Guide and direct Cutover Specialists, allocating activities and reviewing quality of runbook tasks
Key Experience:
Most Important-
- Solid Understanding of finance / record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay processes
- Proven experience leading cutover on at least one full-cycle ERP / finance transformation go-live
- Strong cutover planning and runbook management, including mock cutovers / dress rehearsals
- Command-centre / go-live execution leadership with confident go/no-go and escalation handling
Fairly important-
- Understanding of finance system landscapes and data migration dependencies
- Knowledge of integrating boundary systems with centralized finance
- Understanding business cutover dependencies and relevant contingencies
- Experience coordinating cross-functional, multi-vendor, onshore/offshore teams
- Senior stakeholder reporting and communication
Least important-
- Hands-on technical/configuration work
- Detailed test execution experience
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Business/ Accounting or corresponding experience. PMP/ PRINCE2 an advantage
- 8–12 years’ experience in ERP implementation projects along with considerable cutover experience
- Elementary functional SAP S4HANA knowledge with 3-5 years’ experience preferably within FI, CO, SD, MM
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Understanding of cutover, hypercare and approval phases
- Knowledge of release cycles and country/division-specific requirements
- Understanding of enterprise integration architecture and system landscapes
- Expertise in JIRA
- Strong coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders, including integration system owners, local finance, Business Change Management, and Group Process Owner teams
- Prior experience in transport and logistics sector is an advantage
