We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst with strong Python and SQL skills to support our Digital Prospects Marketing / Campaign Operations Retainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large marketing datasets, developing actionable insights, and supporting campaign strategy through audience analysis and performance reporting. Experience working in big data environments and exposure to marketing campaign audience building and complex campaign analysis to support performance & strategy discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to support digital marketing campaigns and campaign operations.
• Analyze customer, prospect, and campaign data to generate actionable business insights.
• Build, validate, and optimize marketing audiences for digital campaigns.
• Conduct complex campaign performance analyses to support marketing strategy discussions and decision-making.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Develop reusable SQL queries and Python scripts for campaign reporting and automation.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign KPIs, customer engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies within marketing data to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple marketing data sources.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, data manipulation, automation) and advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience analyzing large marketing or customer datasets.
• Experience supporting campaign operations and marketing analytics.
• Experience with marketing campaign audience building and audience segmentation.
• Experience in digital marketing metrics, performing complex campaign analyses to support marketing performance and strategic discussions.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or AWS.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Understanding of A/B testing, attribution models, and customer lifecycle analytics.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
