About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manual QA / Software Tester with 3+ years of experience to take ownership of quality across a variety of digital, web, mobile, and technology projects.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, digital marketing, and client delivery. You will work closely with developers, designers, project managers, marketing teams, and clients to ensure that websites, landing pages, applications, integrations, APIs, and internal platforms work reliably and deliver the intended business and user experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who goes beyond simply executing test cases. You should be able to understand requirements, identify gaps and risks, think critically about user journeys, design effective test strategies, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive quality throughout the project lifecycle.

As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to mentor and guide junior testers, review their work, establish good testing practices, and help build a strong quality culture within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end QA for websites, landing pages, web/mobile applications, internal tools, and client projects.
• Analyze requirements and define test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test strategies.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, UI, usability, responsive, cross-browser, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform API testing using Postman and validate data using SQL queries.
• Identify, investigate, document, and track defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps and severity details.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, project teams, and clients to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, risks, and root causes using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members while reviewing their work and promoting effective testing practices.
• Improve QA processes, documentation, regression suites, and testing efficiency through relevant tools, automation, and AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing or QA.
• Strong experience in web, mobile, landing page, and application testing.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman and basic SQL/database validation.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and QA processes.
• Proficiency in Jira and defect management workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and clients.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior QA team members and reviewing their work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency or product environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve research, testing, documentation, and productivity.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or other automation tools.
• Experience testing MarTech platforms, CRM/ERP systems, CMS platforms, or third-party integrations.
• Experience working in a digital agency, SaaS, startup, or product-based environment.
