Role Description As a Senior Manager on Team Trailhead, you will contribute to the digital evolution of Trailhead. This role is a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution, acting as a key individual contributor responsible for accelerating Trailhead as the premier, agent-powered learning engine for the trusted Agentic Enterprise. You will help define the "North Star" for engineering teams and ensure the roadmap delivers maximum value to our global ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Design: Design and drive the delivery of current and future-state product roadmaps by synthesizing long- and short-term business and customer needs while managing delivery expectations across the business.
• Product Development & Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from inception to implementation. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and research teams to develop comprehensive product specifications and maintain roadmaps to guide future user experiences.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering Leads, Architects, and other Product Managers to ensure technical solutions are viable, adhere to standards, and align with the broader ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Management & Vision: Effectively communicate the product vision and prioritize major initiatives. Manage trade-off decisions and review the vision with business partners to align on prioritization, time to market, effort, and scope.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Identify emerging themes in community and educational tech to influence product vision and drive feature assessment and global uptake.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison across design, engineering, marketing, and support to ensure seamless product integration and successful go-to-market strategies.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics and user metrics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize product success.
• Solution Optimization: Ensure all solutions promote simplification, scalability, and productivity for users while aligning with security standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, pedagogical trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation. Integrate feedback from peers and conduct advanced user research.
• Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines and scope to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
  

• Product Leadership: 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Product Management focusing on large-scale enterprise technology solutions, B2C/B2B products, or websites. Experience with community, learning, or engagement platforms is preferred.
• Strategic & Tactical Agility: Demonstrated ability to transition from big-picture strategic planning (roadmap, vision) to detailed execution (feature prioritization, delivery oversight).
• Domain Expertise: Extensive experience managing complex SaaS platforms and digital ecosystems.
• Technical Literacy: Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software development methodologies, UX/UI principles, and agile project management practices.
• Executive Influence: Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to both executive and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product enhancements.

• Agile Mastery: Expert-level experience with Agile/SCRUM techniques and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Modern Architecture: Familiarity with web, cloud, and modern API-driven application architectures.
