Position Summary

Business Program and Project Management – Firm Enterprise Solutions Senior Manager

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture thinking and ground-level execution. As a Strategy and Operations Senior Manager, you won't just develop strategies — you'll own their delivery. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with executive leaders, navigate organizational complexity, and translate ambitious goals into the kind of operational reality that actually moves the needle. This role is designed for a sharp, self-directed professional who brings both analytical rigor and the interpersonal finesse to lead across functions, influence without authority, and keep multiple high-stakes workstreams moving in parallel.

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as the connective force across four interconnected functions — Operations, Talent, Account Management, and Virtual Event Production — driving cohesion, accountability, and high performance across each team. You will lead with both strategic vision and operational discipline, setting clear goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring each function is aligned to the broader marketing organization's objectives. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business leadership and functional teams, translating organizational priorities into actionable direction while championing excellence in each team. You will navigate ambiguity with confidence, balancing competing priorities across diverse workstreams without losing sight of team engagement, retention, and performance. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional teams, managing organizational complexity, and making sound people decisions that deliver measurable, long-term business impact.
