Senior Lead Engineer - DFT-DV

We are currently seeking a Senior Lead Engineer specializing in DFT-DV to join our team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in DFT-DV pattern support, DVT, reset bring up, and other related tasks. As a Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of DFT-DV strategies and techniques. Key Responsibilities

• Lead DFT-DV verification and integration activities for SoC/ASIC projects.
• Verify DFT features such as scan, MBIST, JTAG, ATPG, and UPF-related flows.
• Support pattern generation, pattern validation, pattern debug, and failure analysis.
• Support DVT activities including reset bring-up, silicon debug, and feature validation.
• Develop and execute verification plans, testbenches, and regression suites.
• Work closely with DFT, design, validation, and post-silicon teams.
• Analyze simulation and silicon failures and drive issue resolution.
• Support gate-level simulations and low-power verification activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical reviews.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/ECE/VLSI/Microelectronics or related field
