Position Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java Full Stack Development, Cloud technologies, and a strong foundation in Application Security.

This role is part of a strategic engineering operations team, requiring hands-on technical leadership and end-to-end project ownership. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate closely with lead engineers, business stakeholders, leadership, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to design and build robust, secure, and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, implementation, and support.
  • Solve complex business problems using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Design and build scalable SaaS applications and manage cloud migrations.
  • Explore and implement new technologies to enhance system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Build dashboards and visual tools to track system KPIs and metrics.
  • Work extensively with modern Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, and Quarkus.
  • Drive DevOps and DevSecOps best practices across development workflows.
  • Communicate technical solutions and insights effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI/Gen AI and contribute to AI-driven improvements in engineering operations.
  • Mentor junior developers, resolve technical challenges, and promote collaboration within the team.

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech, MCA, MS).
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Strong architectural mindset with hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
  • Expertise in Java, Data Structures, and RDBMS.
  • Proficiency in Spring Framework (Boot, Security, Data, Cloud) and/or Quarkus.
  • Experience working on multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong front-end development skills in React or Angular.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration and design patterns.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
  • Experience with Application Security is a Must. Knowledge of Cybersecurity, Data Security, or Data Breach domains is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, SAST, DAST, TDD.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Java Certification is a plus.
