About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS (with occasional Ruby on Rails). You will play a critical role in defining technical architecture, ensuring high-quality UI/UX, and delivering robust backend services. This role is crucial to driving the companys product success by delivering secure, high-performing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications (ReactJS, NodeJS, RoR).
• Lead frontend and backend architecture discussions and decisions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality user experiences.
• Build and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, agile processes, and best practices.
• Optimize database operations (PostgreSQL) and manage source control (Git).
• Work closely with QA, Security, IT, and Operations teams for seamless delivery.
  
  

• 6+ years in web application development.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Backend experience with NodeJS and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Proficient in REST/GraphQL APIs, AJAX, XML, and JSON integrations.
• Solid understanding of TDD/BDD principles.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Git.
• Deep knowledge of scalable web architecture and full SDLC processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  
  

• Exposure to UX design concepts and Web 2.0 development.
• Experience with internationalization/localization practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Mobile Web Development.
