Responsibilities

You will: 

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a NAS Administrator role and/or UNIX Administrator role with exposure to NAS

• Understanding of infrastructure resilience and disaster recovery

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and trouble shooting skills

• Passion for operational excellence

Essential Requirements 

• Expertise providing operational support and configuration of NAS storage infrastructure, including NetApp CDot

• Experience in medium to large IT infrastructure across multiple datacenters

• Good understanding of enterprise level change, incident, and problem management processes

• Hands-on experience with architecture, implementation and operation of a Linux-based compute environment

• Working knowledge in at least one scripting language: shell, Python, Perl

Desirable Requirements 

• Day-to-day operational support of NAS storage environments, including NetApp CDot. Responsibilities include monitoring system health, executing system configuration, provisioning, data migration, and decommission operations. Capacity and performance data analysis of these platforms.

• Monitor ticket queue and email to identify and resolve production issues and will require weekend work and flexibility in shift scheduling
