The Role

As a Senior Digital Solutions Consultant with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will act as a technical leader, driving best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to architect robust, high-performing CRM solutions.

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and platform tools.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture and design.
  • Own and drive integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and offshore teams.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governance standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and technical strategies.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce applications.
  • Lead CI/CD implementation, release management, and DevOps best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Ensure proper documentation of architecture, design patterns, and technical solutions.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and drive adoption of new platform capabilities.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • 6–10 years of experience in CRM/Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and multi-org strategies.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience with event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data governance.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience on the Salesforce Lightning Platform (LWC preferred).
  • Strong experience in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Proven experience in solution design and technical leadership roles.
  • Experience with source control, branching strategies, and release management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead discussions.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • JavaScript Developer I (optional but preferred)
