You will be the technical specialist who translates complex, raw data into robust, automated data solutions and actionable visualizations that power our understanding of marketing efficiency, ROI, and customer lifetime value. If you are a Data Ninja Guru in SQL and Tableau/Power BI, thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, and are driven to deliver strategic insights—this is your chance to build and own the end-to-end data lifecycle for a high-growth marketing team.
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)
The successful candidate will be a blend of a Data Expert and a Strategic Analyst, driving technical execution and collaboration across the following key areas:
- Data Modeling, Preparation, and Automation (The Technical Foundation)
- Architect and Model: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data models using expert-level SQL to harmonize data from various marketing platforms (e.g., ad platforms, CRM, web analytics) in partnership with Data Science and Data Engineering.

- Data Integrity: Be the owner of marketing data quality, ensuring consistent tracking, proper joins, and reliable data lineage within our cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Reporting, Visualization, and Storytelling (The "Ninja Guru" Output)
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain insightful, scalable dashboards and reporting solutions (using Tableau) that clearly communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Actionable Insights: Move beyond simple dashboard maintenance to deliver strategic insights. Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, driving alignment and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic Performance Analysis (The Business Impact)
- Deep-Dive Analysis: Utilize deep SQL skills to query, join, and model large datasets to conduct rigorous deep-dive analyses into marketing campaign performance, channel efficiency, and customer funnel conversion.
- Experimentation: Support the design and analysis of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure the incremental impact of marketing initiatives and validate strategic hypotheses.
What Youll Bring (Required Skills & Qualifications)
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in a Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Reporting role, ideally within a Tech Company environment.
- SQL Mastery (Non-Negotiable): Demonstrated ability to write complex, highly optimized queries, perform sophisticated data modeling, and build repeatable data transformations. Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Redshift) is required.
- Visualization "Ninja Guru" (Highly proficient): Deep experience with Tableau/Power BI/Looker for creating and managing enterprise-level, high-impact dashboards and reports.
