About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Cloud Security Engineer to lead our cloud security and governance initiatives at Head Digital Works. Youll play a critical role in designing and implementing security solutions for our AWS-based infrastructure while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Implementation

• Design and assess security architecture for cloud systems and applications
• Implement and maintain AWS identity management solutions following least privilege principles
• Deploy and manage cloud security tools (CASB, CWPP) such as Prisma Cloud and Orca Security
• Develop automation scripts for security operations and compliance monitoring
  
  

• Establish cloud security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Ensure environments meet relevant compliance standards and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments of cloud services and deployments
• Lead remediation for findings from Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools
  
  

• Partner with SOC team on security incident management and remediation
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices
• Provide guidance on AWS security services including IAM, KMS, CloudTrail
• Participate in incident response for cloud security events
  
  

• 6-13 years of experience securing cloud infrastructure
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Proven track record implementing AWS security solutions
  
  

• Deep expertise in AWS security architecture and services (VPC, IAM, KMS, S3, CloudTrail)
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and DevSecOps practices
• Experience with security frameworks and standards (OWASP, NIST)
• Proficiency in security automation and solution architecture

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive approach to emerging security threats and technologies
