About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting business analysis, project coordination, or change implementation initiatives.
  • 2+ years of experience in payments processing, including SWIFT MT/MX, Fedwire, CHIPS, ACH, RTP, GPPSP, or similar payment platforms.
  • Experience working with ISO 20022 payment message formats, including PACS, PAIN, CAMT, and ADMI messages, as well as SWIFT MT message standards.
  • 2+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and solution validation.

 Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story development, testing support, and release activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing business priorities, customer needs, and stakeholder feedback while managing competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize business impact and support project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of operational risk, change management, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large-scale regulatory, technology, or payment modernization programs.

 

Job Expectations:

 

  • Ability to work night shifts and overnight schedules as required by business needs.
  • Ability to work a rotational weekend and holiday schedule.
  • Flexibility to support production activities, system implementations, and critical business events outside of standard business hours.
