  • Produce coordinated plans, sections, elevations, schematics, schedules, details and drawing sheets from approved BIM models. Model electrical systems to the agreed Level of Information Need, project stage and design responsibility, avoiding unnecessary over-modelling.
  • Apply approved Revit templates, families, electrical system definitions, shared parameters, view templates, filters, worksets and naming conventions.
  • Maintain technically valid models, including appropriate equipment locations, cable containment routes, access zones, clearances, interfaces and maintainability requirements.
  • Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) & Equipment Integration: Translate complex electrical single-line diagrams into spatially coordinated 3D components and integrate them with continuous uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and battery-bank frameworks.
  • Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) Systems: Incorporate coordinated pathways and spatial provisions for instrumentation, building automation and control systems, fire alarm networks, security surveillance and associated ELV services.
  • Substations & High-Voltage Infrastructure: Develop coordinated 3D layouts of step-down transformers, switchgear, main distribution panels and associated high-voltage infrastructure, incorporating access, clearance, maintenance and multidisciplinary interface requirements.
  • Containment & Cable Tray Routing: Spatially model multi-tier cable trays, raceways and conduits, providing accurate pathway mapping for high-density facilities where extensive cable networks require precise routing, segregation, access and coordination.
  • Coordinate electrical models with mechanical, public health, fire protection, architecture, structure, civil, utilities and other disciplines using linked and federated models.
  • Identify clashes, design inconsistencies and missing information; communicate issues clearly and support timely resolution through agreed project workflows.
  • Use Autodesk Forma / ACC for document management, design collaboration, model coordination, publishing, issue tracking, reviews and controlled information exchange.
  • Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings where required, using correct layers, references, coordinates, title blocks and project drafting standards.
