Own features end-to-end while working under the guidance of senior engineers and progressively taking on more complex technical responsibilities.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable production-ready code.
Build responsive user interfaces and integrate them with backend APIs.
Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews.
Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Follow secure coding standards and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate effectively within an Agile development team.
Use GenAI-assisted tools to understand codebases and accelerate development.
Participate in code reviews, apply feedback, communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively, and collaborate with US-based teams across time zones.
As a prospective candidate, you should possess:
Experience developing frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.
Backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
Familiarity with TypeScript, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Basic understanding of database concepts such as SQL and NoSQL.
Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD concepts.
Experience working with Git-based workflows and Agile methodologies, along with an interest in learning scalable system design and cloud-native architectures.
